Is WorkStack Projects free?
You can start a project for free. The full Projects workspace, with advanced views, automations and analytics, comes with the Studio plan from ₦4,000 per member per month.
How is it different from Trello, Asana or ClickUp?
Projects gives you the familiar boards and timelines, priced in Naira, with reminders that arrive by notification and email, and it sits next to your sales, stock and invoices in WorkStack, so the work your team plans is connected to the business it serves.
Can I move my boards from Trello?
Yes. You can import boards from Trello or a CSV file, or start from one of 20 ready-made templates.
Can I control what each team member can do?
Yes. Permissions are set per action and per role: who can add, edit, move, assign, delete or share. You can let staff edit only the tasks assigned to them.
Can clients follow a project?
Yes. You can share a project with a client through a link, so they can see progress without joining your team.
Does it work on mobile?
